Micaceous Clay Tajine

Description

This Micaceous Clay Tagine is made by hand. This tagine will hold 2 liters or 2 quarts but you would probably want to use it for more of a tjine kind of a preparation. On the gas or electric stove and in the oven is fine. On coals is traditional. It is a slow cooker and will hold your food warm if you would like to present it nicely on the table.

I am happy to send some traditional recipes along if you would like! You can use it for meat or vegetables, couscous, potatoes and so forth. The micaceous clay makes it taste delicious!!! It comes with instructions on how to prepare and care for your cook pot.
