Blue handbuilt teapot

Description

This handbuilt teapot was partly thrown on the pottery wheel and partly handbuilt. It is an authentic ceramic piece with a story and made with tons of love.

This teapot was actually supposed to be red and the glaze turned out blue in the firing process. And so for me the story is always that of transformation and to trust in the process that something even more beautiful will come into being when we let it unfold. I would have never discovered this gorgeous blue any other way! Now it has become part of my glazes I keep in my selection of glazes and you can find bowls, cups and mugs in the same color as well.
