Description
This mug was made with dark brown clay and fired in a gas kiln. The colors of fire and earth. Amazingly the lighter color also is just on top of the OM sign which I could not have better planned. The outcome of the kiln are often unpredictable and in this case just perfect.
OM is a mystic syllable, considered the most sacred mantra in the Hindu and Buddhist tradition. It appears at the beginning and end of most Sanskrit recitations, prayers, and texts.
The mug is just under 4 inches tall and 3 1/2 inches wide.
